Shipping is free on purchases above Rs. 3000. Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns.
You have 7 Days to return your products* starting from the day you received your order (Delivery + 7 Days). All you have to do is click here and fill the form.
*Accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
*Products sold during SALE or with use of coupon codes will not be applicable for a Refund. They can be only exchanged (any product sitewide) or swapped for credits.
Once your return is confirmed, pack and seal the item, just as it was delivered to you, before handing it over to our delivery partner. Zapyle will not be responsible for any loss or theft due to the packing condition upon return. The product must be unused, unwashed and all tags must be intact. Place the invoice outside the packet, so that the return address is visible.
Pick up – Once your return request is raised, our courier partner will pick up the product within 2 working days.
Self-Ship – In case your pin code is not eligible for reverse pick up, please self-ship the products to the given return location. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse.
Once we receive the product, our Zap quality experts will review the same and approve the refund if accepted. The refund will be credited to the source selected at the time of return initiation.
It would take approximately 8-10 days for your returned product to reach us, and a maximum of 3 days from that time until you’re refunded. In total, a return would span an average of 10-12 days.

Note: No products shall be accepted if the Warranty Card/Product Tag is missing while return or exchange of the products.
Please follow the Return process and opt Zap Cash as your refund mode. We will refund the amount to your Zap Wallet and place a new order with your credit. Please pay the difference amount (if any) at the time of checkout, via your preferred mode of payment (COD/Online).
Note: For hygiene reasons, makeup, swimwear, and pierced jewellery is non-refundable, and we request that you try on swimwear and lingerie over your own underwear, and keep the seal intact.

To cancel an order you’ve placed, please reach out to email@example.com or call 8296959712. If your order is not wrapped and already on its way, the order amount will be refunded to your account with no questions asked.
